Skills Requirements
At least 4-7 years of hands on development experience in Object Oriented Java environment
Excellent programming and design skills
Proficiency in Core Java, Web Technologies, Servlets, JSP, Custom Tags
Experience working with frameworks like Struts and Hibernate
At least 3 years of experience working with databases like PostgreSQL (preferred), Oracle, SQL Server or MySQL
Preferred Hands on experience with Flex / Web2.0 applications / webservices / open source libraries
Thorough understanding of all phases of software development and meticulous about coding practices, unit testing and clean documentation
Experience with Eclipse IDE, CVS/SVN or similar code repository, ANT, Tomcat/JBoss
Should be a self starter and work effectively with very little assistance
Must have excellent communication skills
