Handling optimization of new sites and clusters.

Handling problems like Call drop, interference, handover failure (Analyzing KPIs and daily reports).

Analyzing RF Drive Test generated through log files and verifying & testing of hardware upgrades and new elements added to the network & keep track of all the up gradation activities.

Monitor the data KPI’s and work on the worst cells affected.
Desired Profile

Experience on Planning and Optimization Tools.

-Experience on Nominal Planning, Capacity Planning and Coverage Planning.

-Optimization of Cell Level and BSC Level parameters.

-Detailed knowledge on KPI Improvement on Cell/BSC level.

-Troubleshooting on Performance Management Reports.

-New site parameter database planning.
