- Clear understanding of projects worked on and business implications and benefits
- SDLC : Good understanding of different phases
- OOPs concepts
- Practical understanding of concepts and ability to use them in different situations
- Design : Good exposure to Design patterns
- Good practical exposure to EJBs
- Practical exposure to one Web server and one app server
- Working knowledge on at least one standard data base
- Good Communication skills
