Manage a team of 10-12 Tele callers.
:Responsible for productivity and effeciency of the Team members.
:Responsible for retaining the performing Team members.
:Responsible for getting target leval of performance from the team


Desired Candidate Profile
Graduation from recognized institution.
:3-4 years exp. in a BPO/TELECOM/BANK.
:At least one year experience as a team leader for a collection process.
:Good personality and demeanor.
:Excellent communication skill.
:Self driven person.
