Job Description
Rank : Team Leader, Web Services (Age 30 < 40 yrs)



Responsibilities:

1. Achieving the assigned team goal.

2. Lead, motivate and ensuring zero defects from his team members.

3. Co-ordinate and assign tasks to team members.

4. Monitor and ensure timely completion of the projects assigned to the Web Department.

5. Ensuring the timely passage of all relevant documents & information to the Customer Support Division.

6. Understanding of client’s requirement, mapping same with the solutions.

7. Formal handover of projects and other documents to Service groups.

8. Manage and supervise documentation of all ativities pertaining to the department.

9. Other duties as assigned.


KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:


1. Excellent communication skills.

2. 5-6 yrs experience and thorough knowledge of HTML, CSS, Adobe Photoshop, Flash/Action scripting

and Dream weaver.

3. Good knowledge of websites , web solutions, hosting services, web designing

& development techniques will be an added advantage.

4. Skilled in managing and co-ordinating the activities of team.


Additional qualification of PHP Programming, My SQL, Apache, Linux, Ajax, Javascript, OS-Commerce ,CMS,WAMP etc. will be given preferrence.


Remuneration: 15K-20K per month + Incentives, however it may vary depending upon the candidate’s experience and performance during interview.
