Job Description
Will be handling IT recruitments at junior, middle and senior level.


- Providing the company relevant and quality candidates within

the stipulated timeframe.


- Head Hunting & Lead Generation


- Candidate follow up & creating good pipeline on open

Positions.


- Coordinate interviews with the clients & negotiate offer


- Candidate hand holding & ensure joining


- Post joining follow ups.




Desired Profile
- Should have 6 months-2 yrs of experience in IT recruitment for MNCs


- Must have good communication skills.


- Should have done Head hunting, Industry mapping & lead

generations.


- Should have knowledge about End to End Recruitment cycle

(from taking the requirements till joining of the candidates)


- Should have the ability to achieve defined targets.
