• Should expertise in Java, J2EE, Servlets, JSP, Struts, XML, JDBC, UML-Mandatory, Design Patterns JSF, Hibernate

• Should have good knowledge about Tools: Rational Software Architect

• Must be technically strong in all the J2EE concepts and the different frameworks.

• Very good in OO concepts
