Service Administrator- Urgent Opening at TCS BPO Mumbai

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Monthly consumption reporting
Reporting against service control plans
Quarterly client Workstation demographics reporting
Updating web content to keep current
Service Governance tasks – i.e. reviewing requests for services, validating that requirements are met, recording exceptions, and executing the appropriate next steps to provision the service.

Career Experience:
3 year degree preferably in in MIS or equivalent.
1 -3 years of experience

Work Hours: Shift will depend on the geography which the Administrator would be responsible for

Customer-focus mindset
Experience with Microsoft Office Skills.
