Should have knowledge in C++/VC++ programming with COM. Hands-on exp. in C++/VC++ programming on Windows platform. Exp. in Socket Programming and Multithreading, Windows SDK programming. Should have good Object Oriented Programming & Debugging skills.

JOB DESCRIPTION : Good understanding of various operating systems API`s. Exceptional Object Orientation and C++ Skills Good and Prior experience in UML and Design patterns Well conversant with build and software configuration tools Ability conceive, implement and execute test cases Preferably from product development background Strong orientation towards software engineering principles, best practices, methodologies, standards, modeling, tools etc Good problem solving, design, analysis and communication skills Experience in GUI development Experience in Component based systems development Should be a team player and be able to work with minimum supervision Positive Attitude to learn and to face new challenges Working as part of a project team to develop, test, support and maintain business and critical applications (based on client requirements / project specifications). Analyzing requirements, Designing, Developing, Maintaining to the requirements. Investigating and fixing problems that may arise in current / new applications, implementing functional enhancements and monitoring applications to ensure stability and optimal performance. Ability to support a track / module of work with limited oversight from the track lead Contributing to the growth & development of the technical community by training others, sharing knowledge and best practices. Contributing to the office by helping with various activities / initiatives for the company or other project teams . Passion to work on cutting-edge / future technologies Initiation / Pro-active approach Handling complexities Handling pressure situations Knowledge and capability to handle the full life cycle of a project.
