Job Description.

Should make sure that any change promoted to production should be flawless.
Gain complete knowledge of the code base of the Collection System and interdependencies with other systems such as the dialer.
Take ownership of migration from conception through deployment, setting up environments, providing technical inputs, design and development.
Ensure 99.95% uptime of the Access application
