We currently require Professionals with Expertise in IT Helpdesk/Customer Support for our Bangalore operations.
Nature of Job:
•First level (L1) helpdesk for 30000+ users across the globe (major from US) would be calling over phone/mail.
•Need to work in EST time zone for 9hrs (5.30 PM – 2.30 AM) – (9.30 PM – 6.30 AM)
Skills:
•Good in communication both verbal and written
•Should be able to understand US accent over phone and maintain good telephone and mail etiquettes
•Positive aptitude and open to continuous learning
•Proficiency in working with computers and office applications like Microsoft, etc
