Candidate Requirement

v Voice based, Inbound call taking profile
v Excellent communication skills
v Candidate need to be experienced in Tech Service Desks supporting Desktops, Laptops, Blackberries etc.
v Candidates need to have experience in receiving calls and logging tickets – should have used any ITSM / ticketing tool (remedy preferred)
v Candidates should have experience in taking remote desktop control
v 24x7 environment with shifts (5 days a week)
v Cab / shift allowance will be provided to our employees as per WT policy
