Handle the recruitment life cycle like, from sourcing till post offer Follow-ups with the candidates and Clients.
Maintain the trackers and database up to date.

Must have experience in IT Recruitment
Must be good in verbal Communication
Must be highly manipulative with good convincing power.
Ready to work as a team
Client interaction experience is mandatory.
